The Verkhovna Rada is considering the bill 13685, which can grant men aged 18-24 years to leave the territory of Ukraine.
Restrictions remain for those who will reach this or next year – they will not be able to take advantage of new weakenings.
The authors of the document state: “Thousands of male citizens from 18 to 25 years who work or study abroad are not able to return home – restrictions did not allow them to re -leave Ukraine.”
Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko announced that the decision to permit men under 22 years of age can be made abroad in the near future unchanged legislation.
We will remind, the Ukrainian government considers the possibility of adopting a resolution that will allow men under 22 years of age to travel abroad.
Also, since 2025, booked workers were able to temporarily leave Ukraine during legal leave.
