It is noted that the State Register of Servicemen is an information and communication system designed to ensure the collection, storage, accumulation, updating, accounting, processing, processing, protection, impersonation and guarantee of the uniqueness of records of data on servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and servicemen of the State Special Transport Service.
The objects of the Register are data on servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service.
The set of registry data on servicemen includes: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), date, date of birth, registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card or series and passport number, as well as a unique electronic ID.
At the same time, other information about military personnel, in particular the digitized image of the face, can be obtained by the registry through electronic information interaction with information and communication systems and registers, provided that such information is not stored and accumulated in the register.
The information entered in the Register is restricted information and is not published.
It is envisaged that in the case of dismissal from the military service of a serviceman, information about him is kept in the register until he reaches the maximum age of his stay in military service.
In case of death (death) of a serviceman, information about it shall be kept in the registry within 25 years from the date of occurrence of the respective event.
Earlier it was reported that after the adoption of the new legislation, digitalization of military accounting processes is introduced, within which an electronic military ticket will be introduced.
