On March 25, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law revised after the President, which regulates the forced alienation of land and houses in the Uzhgorod district of Transcarpathian region for the placement of facilities of the OPC and infrastructure.
According to the forensic law newspaper, the bill No. 9549 is referred to. It establishes that during the period of martial law in Ukraine land plots and other real estate objects, which are in private, communal ownership, undisturbed land plots, unclaimed land shares (shares) located in the Uzhgorod district of Transcarpathian region, by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers:
- Defense enterprises that are of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state and/or determined by those that are critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population;
- Industrial parks for the placement of relocated (displaced) enterprises that are of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state;
- linear objects of transport infrastructure (public roads, bridges, trestles) and objects required for their operation.
The list of economic entities, for the placement of objects of which is allowed for compulsory alienation of land plots, other objects of real estate, is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers at the request of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine has increased the production of radio electronic struggle systems because they have become an effective means of counteracting hostile missiles and drones and is a kind of part of air defense.
Viceremier – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov said that Ukraine should translate the production of radio electronic struggle into market rails, as it was with drones.
