This was announced during the broadcast of the parliament session.
The corresponding decision was supported by 256 deputies.
Now the Cabinet of Ministers must work out the proposals and return the document to the parliament for a vote in the second reading.
The state budget of Ukraine for 2026 will be a record in terms of expenditures — more than 4.7 trillion hryvnias, but revenues will cover only about 55% of these expenditures.
We will remind you that the draft state budget 2026 provides for 258 billion UAH of expenditures on health care, which is 38 billion UAH more than the expenditures in 2025.
The government is also preparing the 2026 budget with the expectation of the continuation of the war.
