Administrative responsibility for failure to comply with the court order. Now they can be fined, and the relevant protocols will be drawn up by court employees

Responsibility for ignoring the requirements of parliamentary committees, temporary investigative commissions or not appearing for government officials for plenary session

Clarification of the powers of temporary investigative commissions and granting the National Police the right to perform an excuse under the procedural decision of Parliament
Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code will help to strengthen the liability of prosecutors for failure to appear in court and increase the amount of monetary penalties for violation of procedural duties, the authors of the bill said.
It is expected that the adoption of the law will help to accelerate criminal cases and strengthen respect for court and parliament.
