The company that imported confectionery from Turkey, during customs clearance, provided fictitious data on the value of the goods – this allowed to avoid payment of VAT and duties in the amount of more than 7.2 million hryvnias.

The investigation found that the officials of the enterprise deliberately introduced false information to the customs documents on the real value of products from the Turkish supplier.

During the pre -trial investigation, the damage caused to the state was fully reimbursed – the funds have already been received to the state budget.

We will remind, Bab has accused the blogger of Stuzhuk of non -payment of taxes.

Also, the director of the enterprise will stand before the court for non -payment of more than 27 million UAH of rent.
