The command of the Ground Forces issued a directive prohibiting the conscription of citizens of limited fitness under the age of 25, People’s Deputy from Eurosolidarity Oleksiy Goncharenko reported in Telegram on Friday, September 20, citing his own data.
“There is a directive that prohibits conscription under the age of 25… This is a directive of the Ground Forces Command regarding non-conscription under the age of 25. Clause 1.1. Why the Ground Forces Command? Because the TCC is part of the Ground Forces,” Goncharenko wrote.
