During the plenary session, the Judge-Rapporteur in the case of Oksana Hryshchuk outlined the content of the constitutional complaint and justification of the applicant.

The Judge-Rapporteur informed that the applicant appealed to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a request for compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine paragraph 3 of Section II, the final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine, on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine “December 6, 2016 No. 1774-VIII as amended).
