The existing NSDC secretary is charged with participation in the criminal organization and the state betrayal (Part 2 of Article 255, Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and FSB staff – creation, management, participation in the criminal organization and espionage (Part 1, 2 Article 255, Part 1 of Article 114).
