Parliament will consider changes to the law on traffic, which provide for a new procedure for termination of the right to drive a car. The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Transport and Infrastructure recommended that the Government Bill 8082 be adopted in the first reading, taking into account fresh committees.
In the revised version, the bill stipulates that in case of deprivation of a person the right to drive vehicles or temporary restriction in the right to drive vehicles of the driver’s license may be removed by the National Police or appealed to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In accordance with the new provision in the Code of Administrative Judiciary (Article 283-2), in case of non-compliance with the citizen of Ukraine the requirements of the Tax Code for the fulfillment of obligations (obligations), within the terms established by the Law on mobilization, the Tax Code appeals to the court with a statement of claim on the use of temporary restriction of such a person.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that the territorial centers of staffing, the security service, as well as the intelligence agencies will be exchanged with information with the National Police on evidence.
