The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Lyudmila Suhak as acting Minister of Justice of Ukraine. This happened against the background of yesterday’s dismissal of Herman Galushchenko.

Prior to this appointment, Sugak held the position of Galushchenko’s Deputy Minister of Justice for European Integration.
Herman Galushchenko, who was previously suspended from the duties of the Minister of Justice, was officially dismissed from his post on November 19. 323 People’s Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada voted for his resignation.
Also, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to dismiss Svitlana Grynchuk, a figure in the corruption scandal, from the position of Minister of Energy. Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk immediately signed the relevant resolution in session hall .
