The Blishop, registered by the Cabinet of Ministers, proposes to supplement Article 23 of the Law on Mobilization Training and Mobilization by the norm that the conscripts and reservists of this age group, who were entitled to deferred during the martial law, but voluntarily signed a contract for 12 months.
The deferral will apply to those who are released in accordance with Article 26 of the Law on Military Duty and Military Service – in particular, after the end of the contract or through health.
In Ukraine, they decided to expand the voluntary contract 18-24 at the expense of a separate direction. It will be able to sign drone operators.
