The Cabinet of Ministers increased the salaries of civil servants working in courts and assistants of judges.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the corresponding decisions at the meeting on Monday, September 1, the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk reported on Telegram.
The first decision was introduced an additional ratio of salaries of civil servants of the apparatus of courts, in particular for civil servants:

local general courts who held a classification of civil service positions – 1,19;
-
apparatus of appellate courts, district administrative courts, commercial courts, territorial departments of the State Judicial Administration, territorial units of the judicial protection service, which held a classification of civil service positions – in the amount of 1.3;

The State Judicial Administration, the central body of the judicial protection service that conducted the classification of civil service positions – in the amount of 1.2.
New payments will receive new payments by the end of the year. The payment of the additional ratio of increase will be ensured at the expense of funds received from the payment of court fees and revenues from the pledge to the state income.
Another decision of the Cabinet established for the period of martial law an additional increase in salaries of patronage services (assistants of judges):

for the Supreme Court, High Specialized Courts, the High Council of Justice, the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine – 1,45;

for appellate courts, district administrative, commercial courts – 1,3;

For local general courts – 1,25.

As of June 30, 2025, 22,478 employees were employed in the apparatus of local and appellate courts, there were 13,893 civil servants (with a regular number of 16,938 positions), and 5463 people (with a staff of 6681). The number of civil servants and assistants, compared to 2024, has increased.
