He added that currently it makes no sense to invest in the restoration of the ODA, and the final decision on the future of this section will be made after the end of the war. They plan to ask the residents of Mykolaiv what exactly should be on the site of the destroyed building – a memorial, a monument or another object.
Kim emphasized that this issue also has a moral dimension, because people died there as a result of the strike.
