It is indicated that the native of Ukraine is the author of the so-called Russomir songs, one of which became the anthem of the Wagner Communist Party.
With his propaganda repertoire, the “artist” performs at mass events organized by the authorities of the Russian Federation, at which he publicly calls the Ukrainian territories occupied by the Russian Federation “originally Russian” and expresses support for the “SVO” in Ukraine. The accused publishes the same messages on his own channels on Internet platforms and social networks to a wide audience, encouraging people to support his narratives,” the report says.
Therefore, an indictment was sent to the court against the musician on charges of collaborationism, glorification of the enemy, public calls for aggressive war and changes in the state borders and organization of Ukraine, combined with inciting national enmity (Part 2 of Article 110, Part 6 of Article 111- 1, Article 436, Part 2 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
