The Prosecutor General’s Office submitted to the court the indictment against the witness in the case of NABU detective Ruslan Magomedrasulov.
This is reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The witness deliberately gave false testimony in an attempt to hide the suspect’s guilt. His words are refuted by audio recordings, confirmed by seven forensic examinations in several independent institutions.
Examinations proved that Magomedrasulov expressed his intentions to cooperate with representatives of Russia, in particular, agreed to sell technical hemp belonging to his family to those involved in the state support program of the Republic of Dagestan.
Analysis of the legislation confirmed that Dagestan has such a program, but Uzbekistan does not.
According to forensic psychology, the witness avoided direct answers and had communicative signs of avoiding details. Long-term personal contacts between the witness and Magomedrasulov were also established, which explains the motives for distorting the facts.
For giving false testimony, he faces punishment in the form of correctional labor, arrest or restriction of freedom for up to two years.
We will remind you that the investigation of the case of NABU detective Magamedrasulov is ongoing in the Pechersk Court.
NABU detective Magamedrasulov also reacted to the arrest in the case of suspicion of complicity with the Russian Federation.
