The audit will cover the procurement process from the planning stage to the conclusion of contracts and control over their implementation . In particular, the auditors plan to check how these processes are organized by the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff and the Defense Procurement Agency.
The report on the results of this audit is planned to be published in November 2025.
“The results of this audit are expected to identify the shortcomings in the procurement planning and provide recommendations to eliminate the causes of delays in the supply of unmanned systems. This will eventually help to meet the urgent needs of the troops in a timely and quality provision of unmanned systems, ”the Accounting Chamber added.
