According to the director, in the morning, experts carried out regulatory work to replace uninterrupted power sources. During this, one of the power switching systems worked and blocked access to batteries and generators. The accident lasted 14 minutes – from 8:03 to 8:17.
As of 11:10, experts have resumed public clouds, but work is ongoing.
“Currently, the accident has been eliminated for almost three hours and some major players, our users, as banks, promise to fully restore the work of their services, even in the next hour,” Agiev added.
The DE Novo Director denied information about the hacking attack and involvement of the Russians in failure. He stressed that the cause of the problem is technical factors.
We will remind that “Oschadbank” and “Nova Poshta” reported the restoration of work of services after a failure. All services are currently working in full -time.
