The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a decision to grant pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff the right to defer from mobilization for a period of one year.
This was reported by a government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
The relevant resolution was adopted at a government meeting, which allows educators to temporarily stay in their workplace during a special period.
Delayed from conscription will be provided by teachers of higher and professional higher education institutions, as well as researchers who have a degree. This also applies to employees of vocational schools and general secondary education institutions.
The main requirement – the teacher should work at the main place of work at least 0.75 rates.
To obtain a deferral, you must confirm the position and rate of the post. If a special period in the country is continued, teachers who have already exercised the right to defer, should be re -submitted to the territorial centers of staffing and social support for a place of work and loading.
Documents should be submitted no earlier than a week before the expiration of the previous mobilization period established by the Presidential Decree.
We will remind, in Ukraine it is planned to change the rules of delay from mobilization for students.
We have already reported that the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky explained that in Ukraine all data on mobilization are currently confidential. The enemy can find out the plans of the country in case of disclosure of information.
