In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (TOT), the situation with teachers’ wages continues to deteriorate.
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
Teachers are faced with regular delays in payments, reductions in allowances and a non-transparent system of accruals.
The occupation administrations claim to “equalize salaries” and integrate education into Russian standards, but in practice income levels vary between schools and often do not cover even basic needs due to inflation and rising prices.
A significant part of the payments is tied to loyalty: participation in propaganda events, implementation of Russian programs and pressure on students and parents. The refusal or passive resistance of teachers leads to the deprivation of bonuses or the creation of conditions that force them to resign.
Analysts of the National Resistance Center point out that this situation is the result of underfunding of the social sphere, a shortage of budget funds and the secondary attitude of the occupation authorities to education.
“There is a personnel vacuum in schools at TOT: professional teachers are leaving the system, and those who remain are working in survival mode. Social guarantees and quality education are not a priority for the occupation administration,” the Central Committee of the Central Committee of Ukraine emphasized.
We will remind you that on December 15, dictator Volodymyr Putin signed a law that allows the occupation administrations in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions to seize the housing of Ukrainians who left these territories until 2030.
The Russian occupiers are launching a new wave of militarization of children in the temporarily occupied territories, lowering the military oath age to 14.
In the Kremlin are afraid to announce mass mobilization.
