Bill 13339 provides for the right of lobbyists to submit a lobbying request to the authorities and receive a response. In addition, lobbyists will be entitled to enter the administrative buildings of public authorities, other state and local self -government bodies during the lobbying.
It is envisaged that in response to the lobbying request, the lobbyist has the right to receive the official information of the lobbying object provided for in paragraph 1 of part one of Article 9 of the Law “On Access to Public Information”, if it is created by the object of lobbying in the process of law -making and concerns the subject of lobbying.
The lobbying object, which is sent by the lobbying request, is obliged to provide the subject of the lobbying no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request. If the lobbying request requires information among a large amount of data or information or information, or applies to an official explanation or presentation of the lobbying object on the area and/or the lobbying subject, the period of consideration of the lobbying request may be extended up to 20 working days with justification of the reasons for such continuation.
The refusal to respond to a lobbying request, the illegal refusal to accept and consider the lobbying request entail the responsibility established by law.
