Specialists of the State Judicial Service at the request of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine within the framework of pre -trial investigation of criminal proceedings established the facts of illegal financial transactions of former officials of SE “Specialtechnoexport”. Because of this, the state was inflicted losses worth 3.78 million euros.

The State Judicial Service experts found that in the period 2016-2019 the subsidiary of Ukroboronprom-Specialtechnoexport-unreasonably transferred the specified amount to the accounts of the Czech company Vakur Sro. However, there are no documentary confirmations that this company provided agency services due to the conclusion of additional agreements.
Three defense enterprises were caused by material damage through equipment and fictitious agreements. It is a company “Artem” – 3.63 million euros, SE “Aviakon” – 86.9 thousand euros, SE “Specialtechnoexport” – 64.6 thousand euros.
All participants of this case have already been informed of the suspicion.
