According to the results of a study conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) from February 14 to March 4, 2025, 87% of Ukrainians believe that Russia does not intend to stay in the occupied territories and seeks to destroy Ukraine.

Earlier, KIIS reported that in December 2024, President Vladimir Zelensky was trusted by 52% of Ukrainians, 39% were not trusted. The remaining 9% replied that they could not decide on their attitude.

Another KIIS survey shows that Ukrainians are generally well treated with Russian -speaking fellow citizens. The Russians by nationality are much worse, but it has improved somewhat.
