The security situation in the region, bilateral relations, as well as the European and Euro-Atlantic agenda of Ukraine were discussed in the conversation.
The ministers condemned Russia’s aggression and confirmed Romania’s strong support for Ukraine. They agreed on further close cooperation for the development of bilateral partnership in all spheres. The importance of strengthening strategic partnership, sectoral cooperation and security in the Black Sea was separately emphasized.
Sybiga expressed gratitude to Romania for supporting Ukraine and its defense capability, which became an important focus of the conversation.
