Well -known anti -corruption activist Vitaliy Shabunin was in the center of a new scandal.

He was obliged to pay a tax debt of UAH 126 thousand. This news appeared against Shabunin’s accusations of mobilization, which has already caused a wide resonance in society.
On social networks, Shabunin explained that the specified amount of debt is the result of public donations declared by him, which were reflected in his declaration. He stressed that this story is open and all financial revenues are transparently declared.
The activist also stressed that the delay in the submission of the Declaration was only half a day, but this was the reason for administrative pressure.
In addition to the tax issue, criminal proceedings were opened against Shabunin under articles on military service and fake official documents. The case is considered by the Dniprovsky Court of Kiev, and Judge Sergey Vovk chose the activist of 60 thousand hryvnias.
Shabunin himself believes that the pressure on him is associated with his anti -corruption activities and exposing schemes in power, in particular in the office of the President under the leadership of Andriy Yermak.
We will remind, the Solomenskyi District Court of Kiev issued a life sentence to two men – 48 and 33 years – for the admiration and premeditated murder of the hostage, which cut off their heads and hands.
