The following services are temporarily unavailable:
- A sales contract concluded at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at business entities, at a notary, at TsNAP or through the “Action” application;
- Contract of donation, mines, inheritance;
- Leasing agreement, stock exchange agreement;
- Scrapping of vehicles.
The following services are available
- First registration of vehicles (new or imported from abroad);
- Installation of HBO;
- Replacing, booking, ordering and extending the storage period of license plates;
- Examination services (taking exams, issuing a driver’s license);
- Replacement and renewal of driver’s license and vehicle registration certificate;
- Appointment of the proper user of the vehicle.
