Sanctions, in particular, provide “deprivation of state awards of Ukraine, other forms of celebration; blocking of assets – temporary deprivation of the right to use and dispose of assets belonging to a natural or legal person, as well as assets for which such a person can directly or indirectly (through other individuals or legal entities) take actions identical in content to exercise the right to dispose of them; restriction of trade operations (complete termination); restrictions, partial or complete termination of transit of resources, flights and transportation by the territory of Ukraine (complete termination); Prevention of capital withdrawal outside Ukraine. “

On April 17, the Cassation Administrative Court in the Supreme Court began to consider the claim of the fifth President Petro Poroshenko on imposing sanctions on the NSDC.

On May 13, the Cassation Administrative Court in the Supreme Court decided to satisfy the petitions of Poroshenko’s lawyers to demand evidence from the President’s office, which was used to impose sanctions on Poroshenko. The next meeting will be held on June 19 at 14:00.
