Today in Ukraine, at the direction of NEC Ukrenergo, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced as a result of massive Russian shelling of the energy infrastructure.
Most regions are experiencing power outages, and repair crews are ready to begin restoration work as soon as the security situation allows. Emergency shutdowns will be canceled after stabilization of the power system.
Kyiv residents can get information about personal schedules of electricity outages through chatbots in Telegram and Viber, as well as on the websites of the relevant oblenergo. Despite the difficult situation, the company calls on citizens to understand the implemented measures aimed at preserving the energy system of Ukraine.
As a reminder, Kyiv residents can find out about their schedule of hourly outages using several methods, namely in YASNO and DTEK.
Kyiv region
Due to massive shelling on the command of “Ukrenergo”, emergency shutdowns were applied in the Kyiv region

Poltava region
On October 30, 2025, from 06:23 a.m., a special schedule of emergency power outages was applied in the Poltava region.
The reason for the introduction of measures is the consequences of Russian attacks on energy facilities.

Cherkasy region
According to the command of NEC “Ukrenergo” on October 30 from 07:05 in the Cherkasy region, the schedules of emergency shutdowns (GAB) were applied.
“We ask that you understand the measures taken to preserve the energy system of Ukraine. Today, there is a need for very economical consumption of electricity,” Cherkasioblenergo reported.

Sumy region
According to the instructions of NEC “Ukrenergo”, emergency shutdown schedules have been introduced in the territory of Sumy region.
Currently, GAVs operate for 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier consumers in the region.

Kharkiv region
As a result of a massive missile and drone attack on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, emergency power outages were introduced in the Kharkiv region
Emergency shutdowns will be canceled after stabilization of the situation in the power system.
Mykolayiv region
“We also have an instruction to apply one turn of emergency shutdown schedules,” Mykolayivoblenergo reported.
At the same time, the OVA announced that due to a massive missile and drone attack on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, the schedule of emergency shutdowns in the region from 08:00 am is canceled. Instead, a schedule of hourly outages is introduced.
Currently, the schedule of the GPV is as follows:
08:00 – 10:00 – two shifts
10:00 – 14:00 – one queue
14:00 – 19:00 – two queues
