As a result of massive attacks by the Russian occupiers on critical infrastructure facilities, the energy system of Ukraine is in an extremely tense state.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

As of today, February 11, 2026, emergency measures to limit electricity consumption are in effect in many regions.

The most critical situation is currently recorded in Kyiv and Odesa regions.

Power engineers are working around the clock, trying to eliminate the consequences of recent strikes, which caused significant damage to main networks.

On the night of February 10, the enemy launched a targeted attack on an energy facility in Odesa, which led to a local blackout.

In addition, the difficult situation persists in the Zaporizhia, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, where emergency shutdowns have been introduced due to network restrictions.

As a reminder, “Ukrenergo” published the schedule of outages for February 11.

Kyivites were also warned that some houses would have light for only two hours.
