Kyiv police have identified four more people involved in the scandalous incident involving minors. Investigators have also started criminal proceedings under Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – insulting state symbols.
It is about a photo in which one of the members of the group of minors stepped on the national flag of Ukraine.
In addition, the police sent appeals to guardianship and guardianship authorities, educational institutions and children’s services to check the conditions of upbringing of teenagers.
Regarding the parents of four minors, administrative protocols have been drawn up under Article 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to fulfill obligations regarding the upbringing of children). A pre-trial investigation under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is also ongoing.
Earlier we wrote that two pistols were seized from teenagers who recently got into a scandal due to “blocking” a road in the center of Kyiv. The fact that “bloggers” are the children of majors is not true.
