The Security Service of Ukraine conducted an unscheduled inspection at the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office without warning the National Anti -Corruption Bureau, as required by law.
NABU representatives stated that the SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General under the pretext of investigating possible Russian influence entered the information about all unspoken measures taken by NABU and SAP.
The investigation was conducted at the moment when NABU and SAP leaders were on a business trip. According to NABU, such intervention can reveal plans for important investigative actions and in fact disrupt a series of proceedings in cases of firework.
