The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office has filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court on the confiscation of assets for more than UAH 8.4 million, acquired, according to the investigation, without legitimate grounds by the extortion of the Main Directorate of the DPS in the Chernihiv region, as well as its relatives.

It is a Volvo car, an apartment and four parking spaces in Kyiv residential complex, which were purchased in 2021-2023 by a former official, her mother and son. As it is established, they did not have official income that would make such purchases.
Prosecutors demand that the property be recognized as an unjustified asset and recovering it into the state income. The court has already seized real estate and transport to ensure the claim.
It should be reminded that NABU detectives in agreement with the SAP prosecutor reported a new suspicion of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Pavel Kirilenko.
On December 12, 2024, the Higher Anti -Criminal Code partially granted the petition of the defender of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee Pavel Kirilenko and removed the electronic bracelet from the suspect.
