The Central Committee noted that the Russian occupiers, having seized the Ukrainian railway infrastructure, have not paid salaries to the employees who remained in the region for several months. As a result, the railway operator created by the occupation authorities is understaffed.
At the same time, despite the statement of Russian propaganda about the resumption of passenger transportation, railways are used exclusively for military purposes. Moreover, the occupiers repurposed the depot as a repair base for military equipment.
