A Russian drone strike has targeted a mobile fire group (MFG) that was engaged in intercepting Shahed drones. The incident resulted in the loss of the crew involved.
According to Sergei “Flash” Beskrestnov, an advisor to the Minister of Defense, the MFG was focused on one Shahed drone while another was simultaneously hunting for the crew. This tactic, where one drone distracts while another attacks, has been noted as a recurring strategy.
Beskrestnov has urged all military branches utilizing MFGs to take precautions. He emphasized the need for:
- Advance planning for camouflage;
- Prepared action plans in case of drone attacks;
- Mental and physical readiness to face this emerging threat.
He concluded by encouraging military personnel to inform their crews about this new danger.
A Russian drone strike has killed the crew of a mobile fire group engaged in intercepting enemy drones. Officials are urging military personnel to prepare for this evolving threat through better planning and awareness.
