President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this in a telegram.
“Military commanders, defense ministers, security advisers – at different levels we prepare components of future security. We accelerate in the definition of parts. It is time to organize a format for the conversation of leaders to identify key accents and terms, ”he said.
“Strikes in our cities and villages continue. Every day new sacrifices. The Russians will only pay attention to high pressure in response to all this. Pressure is required. We count on it. It is necessary steps from Russia – steps to real diplomacy, ”Zelensky added.
While world leaders are trying to start peace talks, the energy war between Ukraine and Russia reaches a new peak.
Russia has made a peaceful proposal for Donetsk region. Washington believes that this stage of negotiations can be a step to the end of the war.
