Parts of the city are without electricity, apartment buildings, garages, gas stations, private homes and cars have been damaged, say law enforcement officers
23:03. The head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov said that four people were hospitalized. He also noted that part of the city remained without electricity. Synegubov added that the relevant services are working on restoration.
23:02. Terekhov reported that nine people were injured. According to him, five victims were injured in the Osnovyansk district, among them one child.
22:55. Terekhov specified that a gas station and a service station were damaged in the Kyiv district of the city.

The mayor also reported another strike in the Kyiv district of the city, near one of the supermarkets. According to Terekhov, the gas station was damaged.

Terekhov also reported that three districts of the city were under Russian strikes. Some have problems with electricity supply.
Oleg Synegubov said that the relevant services had gone to the places of the hits. There were no calls regarding the victims.
Later, Synegubov said that according to preliminary data, two people were injured.
