In response to the “peaceful” proposals of the United States, Ukraine with allies in London presented their document on the termination of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The Reuters Agency has published the text of the document.

Cease-fire:
- The parties are obliged to fully and unconditional ceasefire in the sky, on land and at sea.
- Both parties immediately start negotiations on technical implementation with the participation of the United States and European countries. This happens in parallel with the preparation of the agenda and modalities for a full peace agreement.

Earlier, Reuters published the text of the document that US Special Representative Steve Witcoff handed over to European officials during negotiations in Paris on April 17.
