Law No. 4630-IX, which regulates the reservation of conscripted employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations critical to the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations, entered into force on December 4.

According to the law, if an employment contract is concluded with persons who have violated the rules of military registration, the reservation will be granted for a maximum of 45 days – the probationary period.

After that, if the violation is rectified, the booking will continue on a general basis. If violations are not eliminated, the person may be fired.
