Charity Fund RePower He announced the start of the RePower pilot project – the first program of the Psychological Recovery of Military Doctors in Ukraine. Within 10 days, 50 doctors who work on the front for more than 400 days will be able to restore strength in the Carpathians.
The purpose of the initiative is to reduce the risks of professional burnout and crisis of loss of meaning so that the military can continue to fulfill their important mission. To launch RePower Home, the Fund opened a fee of UAH 2.55 million. The first partner of the project was Adaptis technological company, which provided 1 million UAH for its launch. In total, the contributions of the company to support the RePower have exceeded UAH 4.1 million.
“ Adaptis shares the values of the rePower. It is important for us to support the initiative that helps military doctors to stay in the system and continue to save the lives of Ukrainian defenders. It’s about a responsible business that motivates others to connect too », – said the co -founder of the company Anton Sadikov.
Since 2023, the RePower Foundation specializes in the psychological support of military physicians, cooperates with the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, the National Police and the SSSU combat units. In two years he implemented 16 Projects in Sweden, Denmark and Spain, covering more than 1,200 participants. The RePower Home program will be the first step to scale work in Ukraine: in the future, the team plans to create a full recovery center.

But in order to attract them to Ukrainian initiatives, you need to take the first step here – to run the pilot and show that the project is viable.
