The leaders of the European countries, whom French President Emmanuel Macron invited to Paris for the emergency summit on February 17, will discuss how to prevent the possible peace talks from the reward for Russian Federation for military aggression against Ukraine.
This statement was made by the Foreign Minister of Spain Jose Manuel Albers in an interview with Onda Cero radio station.
“The aggressive war cannot be rewarded, we cannot encourage others to start aggressive wars,” he said.
