As of the morning of September 25, 482 settlements of Ukraine remain partially or completely without power due to hostilities and technical violations, the agency added.
On September 24, debris from downed Russian drones damaged the energy infrastructure in the Poltava region. According to preliminary data, 20 settlements remained without electricity.
