In the Dnieper in one of the districts, a local judge of one of the district courts committed a deadly accident. Currently, DBR employees are finding out the circumstances of the incident.

According to the investigation, while at the wheel of a motorcycle, the judge made a pedestrian that crossed the road in a place not installed.
As a result of the collision, the pedestrian died in place from the injuries.
The DBR Investigative Troops Group is already working at the scene.
It was previously established that the driver of the motorcycle was sober, criminal proceedings were initiated after violation of traffic safety rules, which caused the death of a person.
The sanction of the article provides up to 8 years in prison.
