Agrarians actually bought acts without real work, said the People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
According to the deputy, against the background of official capacity deficit, farmers often cleared the lands from mines, and then they came to public organizations and offered to make free acts of work – they say, everything would pay donors, instead they received large payments for fictitious “services”.
Zheleznyak stressed that there are already confirmed cases, but the scale can be “much wider”, so he asked the farmers and all informed to send specifics: names of structures, contacts, locations.
Recall that Zheleznyak revealed the role of Khmelev in the schemes of Mindic.
Also, the humanitarian demining system in Ukraine does not cope with the scale of the threat.
