After the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, a number of deputies took possession of new square meters and issued them to their relatives, reports Bihus.info.
Journalists found out that in July 2022, the wife of People’s Deputy from Eurosolidarity Artur Gerasymov purchased a new estate and approximately 30 acres of land in Plyuty, near Kyiv.
In the declaration of the people’s deputy, it is said that the land and the house were allegedly worth less than 3 million hryvnias according to the last monetary assessment. At the same time, similar land in Plyuty is worth 12-14 thousand dollars on the market, and similar houses can cost from 500 thousand dollars.
At the same time, the family of People’s Deputy Igor Palitsa owns land and real estate nearby. Palytsia’s father and ex-wife settled the land here earlier, in 2020−2021. Oksana Palytsia currently owns and leases more than a hectare here, Peter Palytsia has 30 acres. Since the end of 2023, the son of People’s Deputy Zakhar Palitsa owns not only land here, but also a large estate with a tennis court and its own beach.
The estimated value of the family’s land can reach 75 million hryvnias, according to investigators.
Also, Bihus.Info informs that in 2023 the mother of the People’s Deputy from Eurosolidarity Serhii Alekseev became the owner of an estate with an area of more than 1,000 square meters and 75 acres of land in one of the most expensive places in Kozyna, which, judging by the declaration, is now used by the People’s Deputy himself.
Shortly before that, Alekseeva’s mother registered herself as an FOP. Similar houses here are sold at a price of 1-1.5 million dollars, but it was allegedly cheaper for Vitalya Yakivna – 35 million hryvnias.
Also, after the start of a full-scale invasion of a new house in the cottage town of Nova Khodosivka, the family of People’s Deputy from the Servant of the People Pavel Pavlish also moved.
The house was completed in the summer of 2022. At that time, similar houses cost approximately 8 million hryvnias, but the value of this real estate is not indicated in the declaration of the People’s Deputy.
