The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to launch the function of payment of fines for violation of the rules of military accounting in the mobile application “Reserve+”. The new option should appear in the application by the end of June.
The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko told this in an interview with DUO.
The new feature will allow citizens to pay fines online without visiting the CCC, banks and filing paper receipts.
“This will reduce the load on the CCC operators. We plan to start at the end of June, ”Chernororenko said.
Already, the application reflects the fact of violation of military accounting – a red tape with a message about the problem. After launching a new functionality, information about the cause of the violation will be added: for example, “did not appear on alert” or “not passed the VLK”.
In the event of a violation, the user will appear “pay the fine”, and after clicking, the possibility of voluntary payment with a discount of 50%will be offered.
Next, the user must check the data, sign the application for recognition of the violation, so that it is automatically sent to the CCC to make a resolution. After that, the possibility of payment through the payment system will open.
Initially, the function will only cover penalties for late updating of data, and subsequently a list of violations for which it will be possible to pay a fine through the application, plan to expand.
We will remind, the Ministry of Defense plans Expand the functionality of the reserve+application. By the end of this year, it will be able to sign a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier in the application “Reserve+” there were new functions: disability disability in the electronic military document and preserving the old version of this document after updating.
We have already reported that the Ministry of Defense has updated the Reserve+application, the old versions are not supported now.
