Parents were allowed to work at home during distance learning children

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law that allows to transfer to remote or homework to parents whose children study remotely at school. About it reports the Telegram-channel of the Verkhovna Rada. The law supplemented the Labor Code of Ukraine with the norm on the possibility (in agreement with the employer) transfer of one of the parents to a home or remote form of work in the case of child training”, – WRITE ON: ua.news

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law that allows to transfer to remote or homework to parents whose children study remotely at school.

About it reports the Telegram-channel of the Verkhovna Rada.

The law supplemented the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine on the possibility (in agreement with the employer) transfer of one parent to a home or remote form of work in the case of teaching a child under 14 years of age remotely.

It is also determined that home and remote workers may be sent on business trips, if provided for by their employment contract.

We will remind, in the schools of Kiev prepare for the end of the school year. On May 30, the last bell will sound in all educational institutions, and in June – will issue education documents.

Earlier it was reported that the pedagogues of Ukrainian schools can determine the structure and duration of the school year, the main thing is that the holidays in it is at least 30 calendar days.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved a system of rewriting evaluations from foreign schools.
