The army of the aggressor country Russia has lost 701,650 of its soldiers killed and wounded in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war. In the last day, the Russian Federation lost about 1,260 people.
This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Tuesday, November 5.
Estimated losses of the Russians in equipment are:
- tanks – 9208 (+15) od,
- combat armored vehicles — 18,581 (+43) od,
- artillery systems — 20,150 (+29) od,
- RSZV — 1245 (+0) from
- air defense means — 996 (+2) od,
- aircraft — 369(+0) units,
- helicopters — 329 (+0) from
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level — 18,309 (+29),
- cruise missiles – 2,631 (+2),
- ships/boats — 28 (+0) from

- automotive equipment and tank trucks — 28,278 (+41) od,

Russia’s losses in the war against Ukraine — what is known
In July, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the losses of the Russian Federation at the front were three times higher than those of Ukraine, and “in some directions even greater.”
