Dnipropetrovsk region

Zhytomyr region
In the Zhytomyr region, on December 15, an extended mode of limiting electricity consumption will be introduced. During the day, from 00:00 to 24:00, hourly outage schedules will be in effect for the population, and for business and industry – power limit schedules (GOP).

Zaporizhzhia region
On December 15, schedules of hourly power outages will be implemented in Zaporizhzhya Oblast, introduced by the command of NEC “Ukrenergo” to stabilize the operation of the power system. The restrictions will continue throughout the day, and specific cut-off hours are defined for each queue and sub-queue, taking into account the 30-minute switching time.

Kyiv and Kyiv region
In Kyiv, on Monday, December 15, from 00:00 to 23:59, there will be stabilization power outages in the region. Restrictions are introduced to balance the power system and prevent emergency situations.

On the night of December 13, Odesa region suffered one of the most massive attacks, as a result of which electricity distribution and transmission facilities were significantly damaged. Stabilization shutdowns are currently not applied in the region.
As of the morning of December 15, power companies have restored power to more than 184,000 subscribers, but more than 430,000 consumers are still without electricity. Work continues around the clock.

- 08:00-10:00 – 3 shifts;
- 10:00-18:00 – 3.5 shifts;
- 18:00-22:00 – 3 shifts;
- 22:00-23:59 – 2.5 shifts.

Sumy region
Hourly power outage schedules will be in effect in the Sumy region on December 15.
