“Now, in all coastal settlements, local administrations hold unscheduled meetings of commissions on the prevention and elimination of emergency situations, dedicated to the situation with the development of man-made disasters. Birds affected by fuel oil are already found at the PBK. An algorithm has been developed to provide assistance to birds and animals affected by a fuel oil spill. Birds from the coast of PBK are delivered to the Yalta Zoo “Fairytale”. Unfortunately, after providing them with help, they intend to release them again, where there is a high probability of a new attack by fuel oil. Volunteers and ecologists document cases of damage to birds, so that later, together with lawyers, they will have grounds for filing lawsuits against the perpetrators of the disaster. People are not ready to leave them unpunished.
