This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Litvinenko following the meeting of the NSDC on February 4.
“The SBU, together with the intelligence agencies of the Foreign Intelligence Service and the Main Directorate, proposes to impose sanctions on 83 individuals with the promotion of exports of Russian oil products and alcohols of the aggressor state. It is actually about the “shadow fleet”. And the second package – on the proposals of the Ministry of Culture: 41 natural person, 47 legal entities. These are manufacturers of propaganda Russian films and companies specializing in the formation and distribution of anti -Ukrainian content through trading networks, ”Litvinenko said.
The NSDC secretary noted that the third package was formed by the Security Service on the basis of materials of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications on Russian Propagandators.
These are Russians who contributed to the export of the Ukrainian national heritage from the Ukrainian museums, which were located in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson and other occupied cities of the country.
On February 4, at a NSDC meeting, decisions were made on sanctions against participants in shadow financial schemes in Ukraine – oligarchs, officials, deputies.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy received a petition to impose sanctions against the People’s Deputy, the leader of the European Solidarity Party Petro Poroshenko. The document is registered on the President’s website.
Zelensky, by his decree, approved new sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. They are directed “for those who go against the country.”
